1. Acceptance of Terms & Educational Purpose

By downloading, installing, or using CALL ME app (available via formatboy.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

CALL ME app is intended for creative content production, VTubing, filmmaking, animation, educational visual effects, and live streaming demonstrations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must uninstall and discontinue using the software immediately.

2. Strictly Prohibited Activities (Zero Tolerance)

You are strictly prohibited from using CALL ME app for any of the following malicious or non-consensual purposes:

Generating deceptive deepfakes or impersonating non-consenting individuals, political figures, or celebrities.
Creating explicit, defamatory, illegal, or hateful content intended to harass, scam, or defraud others.
Bypassing biometric facial authentication or identity verification security systems.
Misrepresenting synthetic AI-generated video outputs as unedited live human video in news or legal settings.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate permanent account termination, forfeiture of credits, and potential civil or criminal legal referral.

3. Privacy & Local Data Processing

We respect creator privacy. Local real-time webcam processing performed by CALL ME app runs entirely on your local Windows PC memory and GPU hardware.

No Local Webcam Recording: The desktop app does not upload or record your raw camera stream to external servers.
Landmark Vectors: Facial landmark coordinates are ephemeral and cleared from GPU VRAM immediately after frame rendering.
Account Tokens: Payment transactions and credit ledger balances are stored securely in encrypted cloud databases solely for package delivery.

4. User Content Ownership & Liability

You retain full ownership of creative videos and streams produced using CALL ME app. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold appropriate rights or consent for any reference photographs or avatars uploaded into the application.

By using CALL ME app, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers and formatboy.com from any legal claims or damages resulting from misuse or publication of generated media.
